This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website logicloftgames.com, use our mobile apps (including Pairdle and Pairdle Slide), and play our games.

2. Our Games & Apps

This Privacy Policy applies to all games and properties operated by Logic Loft Games LLC, including:

Different products collect different data depending on the features they include (see Section 3). For example, web-only games do not request mobile device identifiers, and mobile apps do not use web cookies.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from those providers.
• Profile Information: Optional display name, avatar, social handle, and preferences you choose to provide.
• Game Data: Your game progress, scores, completed puzzles, runs, streaks, achievements, badges, and statistics.
• Communications: If you contact us directly (support, feedback, or other inquiries), we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Purchases (where offered): If a game offers in-app purchases, our payments partner (RevenueCat) processes your purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive transaction confirmations and an anonymous user identifier; we do not receive or store your credit-card or banking details.

3.2 Information Automatically Collected

• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device model, screen size and DPR, language preferences.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, game interactions, features used, and navigation patterns.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring website addresses.
• Mobile Device Identifiers: On iOS and Android, advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) only if a game in question serves ads and you grant permission via the system tracking prompt (see Section 12). Pairdle Slide v1.0.0 does not serve ads and does not collect these identifiers.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies (web): Essential cookies for authentication and functionality, plus analytics cookies to understand how you use our services. See Section 12.

3.3 Information from Third-Party Services

• Authentication Services: We use Supabase for secure user authentication. When you create an account or sign in, Supabase processes your authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, those providers share basic profile data (name, email) with us.
• Analytics Services: We use PostHog and Google Analytics 4 to analyze usage and improve the experience. These tools collect anonymized usage data to help us understand how players interact with our games.
• Mobile Advertising (currently disabled in Pairdle Slide; live in some other games): Where ads are served, we use Google AdMob. AdMob may receive device identifiers and ad-interaction data. Pairdle Slide v1.0.0 ships without ads and without AdMob initialization; this disclosure covers future versions and other Logic Loft Games apps where ads are enabled.
• Payments (where in-app purchases are offered): RevenueCat orchestrates purchases on our behalf. The Apple App Store or Google Play handles the actual payment.

7.2 iOS-Specific Controls (App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS, you can change or revoke advertising tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Per-app toggles are also available under each app’s Settings entry. Pairdle Slide v1.0.0 does not request tracking; future versions and other apps that serve ads will request it through the standard system prompt.

7.3 Android-Specific Controls

On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

7.4 For EEA Residents (GDPR)

In addition to the above, you have the right to:

• Restrict Processing: Request restriction of processing of your personal data.
• Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your data.
• Lodge a Complaint: Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our games are rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and follow comparable Google Play age guidelines. Logic Loft Games is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we serve ads in any future version of an app rated for children, those ads will be configured as non-personalized (child-directed). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@logicloftgames.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.

12. Cookies, Tracking, and Mobile Identifiers

We use cookies, similar web technologies, and mobile device identifiers to operate our services and understand usage.

In our mobile apps, we may use device identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) to support advertising. On iOS, this requires your permission via the system-level App Tracking Transparency prompt. On Android, you can reset your ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Pairdle Slide v1.0.0 does not serve ads, does not request the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and does not collect mobile advertising identifiers.

12.3 Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect functionality. Most browsers allow you to:

• View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
• Block third-party cookies
• Block all cookies
• Clear all cookies when you close the browser

12.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can opt out of analytics tracking by contacting us.
